92 Years: Now That's Longevity

On May 1, one of our advisors will be celebrating 45 years with what is now Raymond James. While researching this impressive milestone, I learned this individual started with St. Lawrence Securities, a predecessor firm to Raymond James, in 1971. Intrigued, I dug back into the firm’s history a bit further and was able to construct this timeline showing the 92 year history of our firm, beginning with J.L. Goad & Co. in 1924. I've been affiliated with the firm for 20 years and don't recall having seen this before and thought it worth sharing.

As an aside, our partner with 45 years of tenure has a longer history than initially thought. He actually started with J.L. Goad in 1953 which in turn became St. Lawrence Securities and has therefore been with us for 63 years. An impressive run!
